It’s Cache Valley’s Biggest Garage Sale—a massive, community-wide event where locals and businesses come together to sell everything from household goods and clothing to antiques, tools, and more. It’s the ultimate chance to declutter, find great deals, and enjoy a day of treasure hunting.

Individuals and businesses are invited to claim a spot. Individual booths are 2 parking stalls wide, and business booths are 4 stalls wide. Set up your stall and turn your clutter into cash!

Vendors can park in one of the stall assigned to them, or park in the Green Canyon High School parking lot. There will be no car access in or out of the event location from 7:45AM to 3PM.

Attendees are encouraged to park in the Green Canyon High School parking lot.

An individual booth is selling common household items that you no longer want.

A business booth is selling new items, crafts, business displays, etc.

Yes, there will be two loading areas where you can drive up and load items into your car. On the west side of the buildings with the roundabout, and the east side behind the building.

Yes. Booths rented at the same time by the same person will be placed next to each other. If you need places next to each other that were not rented at the same time, please let us know. We will make an effort to accommodate your request.

Set up will be from 6AM-7:45AM Saturday morning, June 21st. You must be set up by 8AM. There will be no car access within the event from 7:45AM to 3PM

Vendors need to enter on the West side off Wolfpack Way, unload, and exit on the East side of the parking lot.

Individuals are not allowed to sell, distribute, or hand out food from their booths. You may only sell food items if you are an official, registered food vendor.

Restricted items include:

Solvents, paint/satin/varnish, yard/garden products (herbicides, pesticides, etc.) batteries, gas & oil, compact fluorescent light tubes, propane, helium tanks, live animals, and guns. Anything that is not appropriate for a family event is also prohibited.

Any other restrictions are based on laws and requirements placed on vendors by the companies they represent.

No, all purchases are non-refundable.

The garage sale will go on rain or shine.

Booths are $35 for an individual and $225 for business.

Certain business categories will be limited to a maximum number.

Yes, you may bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (no glass bottles) for yourself during the event. Food vendors will also be available.

No, but there will be a power station available to test items that need electricity.

No, all items must be removed before the sale is over.

No, pets are not permitted at the garage sale. Service animals only.
